Orders and Returns

You may request for a replacement within 10 days of delivery/ Pickup (as applicable). We will help

you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or

through an in-person technical visit. In the case of tablets, you may also be required to install an

application to aid with troubleshooting.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address

can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

1. Correct Product: IMEI/name/brand/image serial number/acrtial number/bar code should be

match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

2. Complete Product: All the box accessories freebies and combo should be present.

3. Unused Product: The product should be unused with non tempered quality check seal/ warranty

seal.

4. Undamaged Product: The product should be undamged and without any holes, dents.

5. Undamaged Packging: Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

6. Return Shipping Charges: In case of returns The shipping charges till the office will be paid by

the user.

7. Coupon: If the user has once redeem the gift vouchers then he will not be eligible for any kind of

refund or replacement.

Note:

-In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund your product when it is in office
-Items with locks/passwords should be returned unlocked/disabled.
